Film examines how the U.S. has practiced public diplomacy in the twentieth century particularly through the U.S. Information Agency. Includes a history of the Voice of America, international educational and cultural exchanges (i.e. Fulbright) and the role of new technology in public diplomacy through teleconferencing networks, internet publishing and interactive DC roms
